An award winning actor and producer, Zachariah Axel spent 15 years in professional sports, culminating in a Stanley Cup Championship in 2014, before he navigated back towards his first love: film making. Born in Denver, CO, he spent his youth in the Rocky Mountains, eventually moving to Nashville, TN. Zach currently resides in Los Angeles.

Zach studied under Yale University acting pedagogue Gregory Berger Sobeck as well as Yale University clowning coach Christopher Bayes. Zach's most recent short 'A Man Apart' won Best Comedy at the Santa Barbara Shorts Fest and garnered him a Best Actor award. He has appeared on ABCs The Rookie and has played leading roles in several festival shorts. Zach has several projects on the horizon with his newly launched Zaxel Productions.
